Answer: the third person have to run
4(1)/(2) times to finish the race.

Explanation:

Since a race consists 10 times around a football field.

Number of times tomiko runs =
3 (1)/(6)

Number of times brianna runs =
2(1)/(3)

According to question,

3(1)/(6)+2(1)/(3)+x= 10\\(19)/(6)+(7)/(3)+x =10\\(19+14)/(6)+x=10\\(33)/(6)+x=10\\x=10-(33)/(6)\\x= (60-33)/(6)\\x=(27)/(6)\\x=(9)/(2)

∴ x=
4(1)/(2) times

So, the third person have to run
4(1)/(2) times to finish the race.
