We have 10 1/2 tsp of sugar,
if we rewrite 10 wholes and 1/2 in terms of just halves we have 20+1/2= 21/2

10 1/2= 21/2
Divide to 14 ounces to see how much will be on each ounce we have:
21/2 : 14 is the same as
21/2• 1/14= 21•1/2•14= 3•7/2•2•7= 3/4 = 0.75 sugar in a ounce of drink

14-ounce energy drink contains 10 ½ teaspoons of sugar.

10 (1)/(2) = (10 * 2 + 1)/(2) = (21)/(2)

So 14-ounce energy drink contains 21/2 teaspoons of sugar.

1 ounce of energy drink will contain:

(21)/(2) / 14 = (21)/(2 * 14) = \boxed{ (3)/(4) }

Hence, 1 ounce of energy drink will contain 3/4 teaspoon full of sugar.
