-4 t <= 48 divide by -4 and change the inequality every time you multiply or divide by a negative number

t >= 48/(-4)
t >= - 12

The answer is the last option

To get t by itself, you have to divide 48 by -4. When you divide inequalities by negative numbers, the sign flips. That is why it goes from ≤ to ≥.

t ≥ -12
