You have two vectors:
\vec{a}=(2,-1) and
\vec{b}=(3,3).

In order to find the sum
\vec{a}+\vec{b} of vectors
\vec{a} and
\vec{b}, you should add corresponding coordinates:

\vec{a}+\vec{b}=(2,-1)+(3,3)=(2+3,-1+3)=(5,2).

Answer: correct choice is C.
