The correct answer is D. 14 + (10 – 6) • (8 – 3).

That's because in each of the other answers, we are subtracting a greater and greater number. But in this version, we are first completing the parenthesis, which gives us the following.

14 + (10 – 6) • (8 – 3)

14 + (4) • (5)

Now we complete the multiplication.

14 + 20

And we end with the addition.
