Julia sold 24 candy bars during the first week.

The number of candy bars she sold during the second week was 6 more than 2 times the number of candy bars she sold during the first week.

The number of candy bars she sold during the the third week was 4 less than 1.5 times the number of candy bars she sold during the second week.
What was the total number of candy bars Julia sold during the three weeks?

So Julia sells 24 candy bars the first week. The second week she sold 6 more than 2 times the number of the first week. So the equation would be 24•2+6 = 54. So 54 would equal the amount she sold the second week. The third week she should 4 less than 1.5 times the number of the second week. The equation to find the third week would be 54•1.5-4=77. To find the amount total of all three weeks you would add 24, 54, and 77. The answer is 155 total candy bars.

Hope this helps!! :)
