The value of f(-3) is 5.

In order to find this answer, we are going to input -3 in for x (this is what the notation f(-3) means).

f(x)=| x-2 |

f(-3)=| -3 -2 |

f(-3)=| -5 |

Now we have to take the absolute value.

f(-3) = 5
