B.
A is false because then the younger you are the higher your heart rate.
C is false because heart rate must be a whole number.
D is obviously wrong.

It’s A. The formula is considered out dated but is still used when taught in most schools. A new formula has yet to be agreed upon, so until then I’d go with A, the old formula.
