No, your skin helps you in many ways. It helps keep everything in place like your mouth nose and eyes , it is also a protection barrier for any bad bacteria. if we were all skinned meat and we got infected in our body system it would be much harder to treat it but with skin you can treat it better. Also our skin can also help us with any cuts, again , it’s like a barrier
