The sum of two numbers is 11. The larger number is 1 less than twice the smaller number. What are the two numbers? Which equations can be used to express the problem as a system of two linear equations in slope-intercept form? Select all that apply. y = 2x –1 y = x –11 y = x + 11 y = 11 – x

i’m not sure but i think the smaller number is 4 and the larger is 7. i got this because 4×2=8 and 8-1=7. i tried it with 3 and it didn’t work and neither did 5.
small- 4
large- 7
