Statement 1 has "m < 1 = 59" while statement 2 says "59 = m < 2". Think of connecting links on a chain. Doing that will have us travel from "m < 1" to "59" to "m < 2". Overall, we go from "m < 1" to "m < 2" in one hop allowing us to say m < 1 = m < 2. All of this is using the transitive property of equality. We're "in transit" as we move along the chain links. That's one way to remember the rule.

answer: Choice A. Transitive property

Since measure of angle one and 2 are proven to be equal it would be B. symmetric property of equality.
