First solve for m:

4m+8=-5n\ \ \ \ |-8\\\\4m=-5n-8\ \ \ \ |:4\\\\m=(-5n-8)/(4)

Next put the values of x to the equation:

n=-1\\\\m=(-5(-1)-8)/(4)=(5-8)/(4)=-(3)/(4)\\\\n=0\\\\m=(-5(0)-8)/(4)=(-8)/(4)=-2\\\\n=1\\\\m=(-5(1)-8)/(4)=(-5-8)/(4)=-(13)/(4)
