Find the measurement of both complementary angles if One is 30° greater than the other

We know complementary angles make a sum of 90°. We have angles “x” and “x+30”, so we know that

x+x+30=90

So:

2x=90-30
2x=60
x=60/2=30°

So our angles would be:
Angle x=30°
Angle x+30=60°
