r^2 + 15^2 + 15^2

r = sqrt (450)

tan O = 15/15 = 1

so O = 45 degrees

so polar form for 15 + 15i

= sqrt 450 ( cos 45 + i sin45) or

21.2 (cos 45 + i sin 45)
