The general point slope form of a line of slope m through (a,b) is

y - b = m(x - a)

We have (a,b)=(3,27). So the first box, with the ?, is negative the y coordinate of the first point,

Answer: -27

I usually don't do these with the slope but I will this time. Slope is change in y over change in x.

m = (27 - -61)/(3 - -8) = 8

So the line is

y - 27 = 8(x - 3)

y + - 27 = 8(x + -3)

So the three boxes are: -27, 8, -3

I usually do the line through two points (a,b) and (c,d) as

(c-a)(y-b)=(d-b)(x-a)

Here we have (a,b)=(3,27) and (c,d)=(-8,-61)

(-8 - 3)(y - 27) = (-61 - 27)(x - 3)

-11(y-27) = -88(x-3)

y + -27 = 8(x + -3)
