How many micro-liters are in 6.75 dekaliters of sodium hydroxide solution?

The Conversion factor to convert deka to micro is given as :

1 deka = 10000000 micro

Now let us use factor label method to convert 6.75 dekaliters of sodium hydroxide to microliters .

We already know that :

1 dekaliter = 10000000 microliter

The factor label method is given by:


Given unit*(Wanted unit )/(Given unit)= Wanted unit

Given unit is 6.75 deka liters

Wanted unit is microliters (10000000 microliters)

plugging the values


6.75 deka liters*(10000000 microliters )/(1 micro liters)= 67500000 dekaliters

So we have,

6.75 deka liters = 67500000 microliters.
