Hello!

The answer to the first question is C 36min.
We find this by using speed=distance/time and converting units so

Time=distance/speed
Time=21miles/35mph(60min/1hr)=36min

I can’t see the last question answers clearly so I don’t want to guess but it would be a linear relationship being that cost is directly proportional to miles driven.
