Mussolini seized power in Italy with support of the Blackshirts, while military leaders took control of Japan and conscripted men over twenty years old.

Fascism in Italy : Mussolini seized power , supporters were called Blackshirts , And Ethiopia was invaded.

on the other hand

Militarism in Japan: Military leaders seized power , All men over 20 were conscripted , And China was invaded.

Hope this helps:))
