If liquid substance A is pH 4 and substance B is pH 3, then which is more acidic? How do you know? What is neutral pH?

Substance B is more Acidic because lower the pH of a substance, more is the dissociation of H+ ion. Hence, more is the Acidity.

Neutral pH is marked at 7 on pH scale, is a level on which equal amounts of H+ and OH- ions is present in the solution, making it neutral.
