Civil society:

A corporation established deliberately by society members in sequence to enhance their society by democratic procedures.

Voluntary participation: Exercises should be essentially motivated by the concerns and requirements of people and associations.

Non-profit: This executes the system of the civil society concentrate more on serving the community and supports bypass assaulting the people for their aids.

Democracy: This enables the organization to select and choose on issues and matters for the society in sequence for the people to be assisted respectively.

Goodwill for the public: This is necessary for civil society to subsist because civil society must raise to help the community and not for intimate accumulation.

Follows the rule of law: The civil society must dwell by the constitution in a mandate to not disrupt American's freedoms and to keep itself from being shut down by the administration.
