Omg this looks soo much fun :) anyways heres what i put together.

I am sad and lonely

I wonder how long it will last

I hear people talking

I see people laughing I want to smile but i cant

I am sad and lonely

I pretend every things ok

I feel lonely

I touch mirror

I worry that im not good enough

I cry because i fill like no one likes me

I am sad and lonely

I understand that im not like anyone else

I say im ok but im not

I dream that every thing dose not matter

I try to look like everyone but it doesn't help

I hope i fill as happy inside like everyone else

I am sad and lonely

All you have to do is fill in the blanks with the description the paper says. I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Here's an example:
