Answer: $25.51

Explanation:

Given: Suzanne needs material for her school project. She buys
4.75 yards of material at
\$5.37 a yard.

To Find: total cost of the material.

Solution:

cost of material per yard
=\$5.37

Total yards of material bought
=4.75

Now,

Total cost of material
=\text{Total yards of material}*\text{cost per yards}

putting values

4.75*5.37

\$25.51

Hence total cost of the material is
\$25.51
