Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the contract for the 5,000 widgets that we have ordered, we were not given the promised 30% discount for the bulk order. Secondly, although we got the correct number of widgets, the order was delivered 2 days later which resulted in our business losing the contract. Since, we have have a long term association with your company, namely widgetcorp, kindly provide the 30% discount for the bulk order as promised. Secondly, keeping in mind the long term association, kindly provide additional relief for late deliver as the order is a complete loss for us.
