From the figure, m is a rational number that's not an integer and n is irrational.

Only the two in the right column have an irrational n.

The first one there has m=0π=0, an integer, so not that one.

The bottom one mas m=4/3, rational but not an integer.

That's the only choice with rational but not integer m so we didn't even need to look at n.

Answer: bottom right
