A set can be found by writing upper limit and lower limit in between braces { }

So here we have to first determine what are upper and lower limits.

M natural numbers less than 5

Here we have two conditions:

Some books defined natural numbers are positive numbers like 1,2,3,,..... (excluding zero)

so in that case lower limit will be 1 and upper limit is 4

so set of M natural numbers less than 5 would be {1,2,3,4}

IN other case 0 is included, so we can say in that case

so set of M natural numbers less than 5 would be {0,1,2,3,4}
