Why is it 5 errors? I can only see two when adding up the protons and the neutrons and it doesn't match the mass number

Atomic number of Fluorine-19 is 9. So, it must have 9 protons. As the mass number is 19, the number of neutrons will be 10.

In Tungsten-184, the number of protons is 74 and the number of electrons should also be 74.

In cobalt-59, the mass number should be 27 protons +22 neutrons = 49.
