Hello!

If all of the dimensions are multiplied by 3, the volume will also be multiplied by 3.

Our answer is A) 3.

We know the formula for volume of cylinder of given by

V = π r² h

If the dimensions are tripled, new volume will be :-

V' = π (3r)² (3h) = π (9r²) (3h) = 27 π r² h = 27 V

We can see new volume is 27 times original volume.
