If the side length of a square could be given with by the expression 2x+5 what expression could represent its area

Area = length of the side squared.

= (2x +5)^2 = 4x^2 + 10x + 25 answer

we are given

length of one side is 2x+5

we know that

area of square is side*side


Area=(2x+5)*(2x+5)

now, we can multiply it

and we get


Area=4x^2+20x+25..........Answer
