C) The Fourth Amendment describes the legal process for searches and seizures.

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the section of the Bill of Rights. It forbids irrational seizures. In addition, it establishes conditions for declaring warrants which must be issued by a judge , should have supported ground of seizure by affidavit and must expressly specify the place to be scrutinized and the persons or items to be seized.
