Answer: There are 70 outcomes.

Explanation:

The number of combinations for n things if r thing s have been chosen ( repetition is allowed) =
C(n+r-1, n-1)

Here , n= 5 , r= 4

The possible outcomes =
C(5+4-1, 5-1)= C(8,4)

As
C(n,r)=(n!)/(r!(n-r)!)

So, The possible outcomes =
(8!)/(4!(8-4)!)

=(8*7*6*5*4!)/(4*3*2*1*4!)\\\\=70

Hence, there are 70 outcomes.
