(n+5)/(5) = (n)/(5) + 1


This is true because



(n+5)/(5) = (n)/(5) + (5)/(5)


So...



(f+9)/(9) = (f)/(9) + 1


The two one's cancel each other out, leaving us with



(n)/(5) = (f)/(9)
