y is the horizontal line @ -1 below the x-axis. Graph the point, then flip it across. The x coordinate stays the same, the y changes.

(-2,-2).

Explanation:

As you can see in the picture, the reflection over y=-1 maintain the same x value and changes the y value. The y value moves to units down until the line y=-1 and then two units down to the reflection. The coordinates are (-2,-2).
