A)When you punch someone this refers to Newton's Third law; any action is countered by a reaction of equal magnitude but opposite direction.
B) It hurts more to kick a bowling ball than a beach ball because a beach ball is mostly filled with air, therefor it is far less dense than the bowling ball which happens to weigh more and is more dense.
