So to find the slope, its "rise over run" aka
(y_(2)-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

To find it, take two points on the graph, in this case I'll use (0,1) and (5,4). Just place them into the equation and solve.

(4-1)/(5-0) \\ \\ (3)/(5)

In short, 3/5 is the slope.
