2x-3y=-8 /* 2 -------> 4x -6y = -16
9x+2y=-5 /*3 --------> 27x +6y = -15

4x -6y = -16
27x +6y = -15

31x = -31
x = -1

2x-3y=-8
2*(-1) - 3y = -8
-2 - 3y = -8
-3y = -6
y = 2

x= -1, y = 2

(-1,2)

Check:
2(-1)-3*2=-8 -----> - 2 - 6 = -8 ----> -8 = -8 True
9x+2y=-5 -------> 9(-1) +2*2 = -5 ------> - 5 = -5 True

So, solution is (-1,2).
