The third graph because the second slope is negative and the only slope which is negative is in the 3rd graph

The answer is this graph because it has a slope of 1/2 and y-int -2 in the interval -5 < x ≤ 0 and a slope of -1 and y-int 3 in the interval 0 < x ≤ 5
