1. Chickens that are reared are kept in cramped cages
2. Free range chickens have room to roam
3. Free range chickens are marketed 9-10 weeks
3. Free range chickens are sold with head and feet in tact
4. Free range chickens are said to be superior in flavor
but at this point i dont know what im talking about

1. always start with cold ingredients
2.stuff bird just before cooking
3.stuff loosely
4.always truss
5.always remove stuffing after cooking
