.the correct answer is B

B: He agreed with Ptolemy that the planets moved, but he did not believe they revolved around the earth
Copernicus was a renaissance scholar who caused a scientific revolution when he asserted contrary to popular views of the time that it is not the earth but the sun which is at the center of the universe. he postulated that the planets revolved around the sun, and placed it at the center of the galaxy.
