We have 11 grams of N2 and we must convert to moles in order to use stoichiometry. The molar mass of N2 is 14 * 2 = 28 g / mol. The moles of N2 are
moles N2 = 11 g N2 * (1 mol N2)/(28 g N2)
= 0.392857 mol N2
Comparing with the balanced chemical equation coefficients, we use the ratio to convert to moles of NH3:
moles NH3 = moles N2 * (2 NH3) / (1 N2)
= 0.392857 * (2) / (1)
