be careful with this question. There is only 1 answer for this, they want to know the max number of ride he can go on.. So although 4 will work its not the MAX number of rides under 25.

To solve the inequality
3r+5 < 25
3r < 25-5
3r < 20
r < 6.66666...

Thus,the most amount is 6 and the answer is B
