The base of a triangle and a parallelogram are the same length. Their heights are also the same. If the area of the parallelogram is 48 m², what is the area of the triangle?

The answer would be 24m^2
this would be the answer because the area of a triangle is half the area of a parallelogram, assuming that they had the same dimensions. In which the question does state that they have the same dimensions, so it would be half of 48m^2.
