Hey there! :)

The formula for finding volume of a cone = (π · r² · h) ÷ 3

π = 3

Remember that d is 2x the r. To find r when given d, divide by 2

d = 3
3 ÷ 2 = 1.5

h = 8

3 × 1.5 × 8 = 36

36 ÷ 3 = 12

The volume is 12 in³
