Does a face LED light therapy mask at a 470nm to 590nm will it affect the eyes in anyway?

It’s heard that a Red LED light to the face makes you much more younger in a way and helps with wrinkles but you should NEVER look at the light it can damage your eyes
it’ll hurt them more if it were a blue light. blue light is very bad for your eyes
