The perimeter is the sum of the side lengths.
104 cm = 3(x cm) + 5(2x cm) + (10 cm) + (10 cm) + (19 cm)

Simplifying and solving for x, we have
104 = 13x + 39 . . . . . . collect terms and divide by "cm"
65 = 13x
5 = x

The value of x is 5.
