I would say D because you can not have a sample size of every student in a city, state, or country

The correct option is D.
Population sampling is the act of taking a sample of subjects, which are representative of an entire population. Population sampling has to be done because it is always impossible to test all the members of a population. In the question given above, we are told that Great Gummies went to two schools located at Hollywood, California. These two schools represent the sample of the population of high school and middle school students.
