A. A live news feed on the television

This would be the most accurate and fastest. A newspaper article would not be a minute-to-minute basis neither would a blog. A radio show with a resident is not completely credible

Answer:

A. A live news feed on the television

Step-by-step explanation:

An interview with a single resident can't really be "up-to-the-minute". A newspaper article for sure cannot show each moment of the storm. An internet blog, posting by text messages, goes through the same problem as a newspaper article. A live news feed on the television is certainly the best way to show the storm as it moves towards an area.
