Well if terrorists get ahold of Nuclear weapons they could target big cities and kill thousands or even millions. Nuclear weapons are a continuing danger because they are bad for the environment. They also kill thousands and thousands of people. Both of those make it a threat to global security. So to sum it up Nuclear weapons are dangerous because they can kill millions, billions.

To build a bomb, terrorists won't necessarily look to the biggest stockpiles; they'll go where nuclear materials are the most vulnerable.
