First sock being blue is 3/10
Second sock being red after blue is chosen first is 4/10, because of replacement

3x4=12
10x10=100

divide by 4 to get 3/25

The second option - 3/25.

The probability of the first one is 3 blue socks over 10 socks in total = 3/10
The probability of the second one is 4 red socks over 10 socks in total = 4/10

Multiply the two probabilities to get the probability of having the first sock as blue and the second sock as red.

3/10 * 4/10 = 3/25
