n/4= x+3/4
We can look at the examples:
1) 11=4*2 + 3 ,when we divide by 4 we get
11/4 = 2 + 3/4.
Twice of 11 is 22
22/4 = 5 + 2/4 Remainder =2.

2) 15 =4*3 +3,
15/4 = 3 + 3/4
Twice of 15 is 30.
30/4 = 7 + 2/4 Remainder is 2.

3) 7 = 4*1 +3
Twice of 7 is 14.
14=4*3 + 2 Remainder is 2.

So, we see that remainder is 2.
Answer is C.2.
