How to reduce LDL levels naturally? What foods to eat regularly to drop the numbers????

Foods with omega-3 fats, foods that are high in soluble fiber, olive oil, garlic, onions, and herbs are good in a diet to lower your cholesterol. Weight training and burst training can also lower LDL.
